Role:

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Operations Director to fill in for the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a security company, ensuring that all business activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

Team Management: manage and support the management team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication and relationship management.
Performance Management and Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may impact the smooth running of operations.
Be proactive in identifying potential challenges and developing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong understanding of operational management, team leadership, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and accountability.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
